Fruits and veggies high in protein ?

hey guys!
i was a vegetarian for 8 years and then started eating meat/chicken/fish again, thats 3 years ago now.
my diet hasnt a lot of chicken/meat in it, and i already drink 2-3cups milk or jogurt a day. if i drink more my skin breaks out really bad.
so i was wondering if you knew any "high" protein fruits or vegetables? can be exotic as well cause Ecuador has like every single fruit in the world..

Not really veggies, but legumes are high in protein. Beans, soy, lentils, peas, chickpeas, etc.0

boring old spinach has as much protein ounce for ounce as meat.... you have to cook it because the volume of it raw would take you all day to eat it0
