Hey, I've joined MFP before and i didn't really use it but I'm back and ready to be a religious user! Better late than never right? Im looking for some friends to encourage and motivate me in my journey as well as someone i can motivate back.
I started at 220lbs and am now down to 200. I'm 5'10 with a goal weight of 160.
I am tired of being unhappy and can't wait to have the confidence I think we all deserve.

    I'm new to MFP and after 3 days of using the food and exercise tracker have found out I am taking in too many calories and by just making simple changes have decreased the calories way down. This site has the best tools for people to monitor their food intake. I would like to lose 20 pounds and I know if I keep track of my daily food I will achieve my goal. I know if you do the same, you will do it too.
