Am I eating enough?

Hi all! I have a bit of a long story.... 2 years ago I lost 15 pounds by jogging and eating less,( maybe 1400 calories a day). After 6 months I had to stop jogging because of foot injuries, and for the 5 months that followed I walked and biked and dieted to keep the weight off. However, that fall I began to eat more and walk less. As a result I gained the 15 pounds back. So, this past year I started walking more and I tried to eat less, but I only managed to lose 7 pounds over the course of 5-7 months.

In the past 2 months, I have lost another 7 pounds through cardio (15 mi per hour) on a stationary bike, and by cutting out snacks. I am concerned that I am not eating enough calories. I am 155, 5'6, and 18 years old. I eat about 1100-1300 calories a day. I don't want to slow my metabolism and hurt myself in the long run. I have energy and everything.... Please give advice, and thank you for reading =D.

Are you netting 1100-1300 calories a day (after subtracting the cals you burn) or is that all you're eating? If that is all you're eating then it isn't enough. I'd shoot for 1500 at least and on the days where you are very active and working out, around 1700.
