Starting again

Hi...I'm starting over after a two year pig out. I have a certificate in fitness and in nutrition but that didn't keep me on track. I've lost 7lbs. just using this site to keep track of my food. Just a few days ago, I actually started eating healthier. AMAZING what logging our food does for the psyche. I started this week with a program of weights and cardio so I am now feeding my body with nutrients to build muscle. I've done this before and I know it's about the journey and what we can learn from it. I learned to choose my own path and let others choose theirs. Seems so simple but our psyche...Well...Here I am again. I'm happy to have a network of like minded people to hang with!!!:bigsmile:

Hey, nice to meet you! I just sent you a friend request. After a few months break, I'm getting back on track as of today! I lost 6kg earlier in the year using MFP, then found one of those over the last 3-4 months.0
