Ok, I really wasnt sure where to post this but is anybody else nursing while following MFP? How do you adjust your calories to accomadate breastfeeding or do you stick to 1200 cals a day? Just curious cause I originally let MFP set the cal intake for me but today I changed it to 1200 cals a day. I'm wondering if it's ok to eat only 1200 calories a day while breastfeeding and exercising?

Breastfeeding burns an average of 500 a day. It's estimated that the production of an ounce of breast milk burns 20 calories.0
