Tropical Blueberry Smoothie

Found this receipe and thought I would share.
Makes 3 servings
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Combine in blender, cover, blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.

2g fat (1 g Saturaged fat)
6 mg cholestrol
43 mg Sodium
29g Carohydrate
4 g protein
