Heavy lifting for women

Hi all

Just looking for a wee shortcut.

I totally believe in lifting heavy for women - after a few months of doing Body Pump classes and getting reasonably good results, I'm ready to add in some serious lifting. I've read loads of info about it and seen heaps of success stories, and I'm definitely a believer.

So I've checked out the Amazon listing and the reviews for NROLFW and I don't really feel like I need to get the whole book - I get the idea.

What I would really like is if someone could point me towards a website or other resource where I can just get a routine/plan that I can start following.
