I also need support, I do this, go off, gain weight and start again, sound familiar. Need someone to talk to, have been on program for about 10 days and lost the weight I gained, so that is a start. I would finally love to finish something I have started. I am retired so I do make it to the gym every morning and manage to keep myself busy during the day. Let me know about yourself.
