28 days.... 23 pounds off

Options
I started here 28 days ago when I began my lifestyle change. Today the scale shows a 23 pound loss.

Im on a 2,000 cal a day diet and working out 4 days a week for an hour each day. I moved a hole in my belt and feel great.

Eat less, excercise more and the weight comes off. Who knew?

Only about 140 more pounds to go. Im giving a lot of credit to this site and the tools it provides. It sure makes this easy.

You had me until you said excercise...lol. I have been doing MFP since May and have lost 40 with no exercise. My goal was to get my eating under control first. After I lose another 10 or 15 I will start exercising. Good job keep it up

You got it covered dude. That much loss is nice at the first of things... and will carry through for a little bit. Keep up the good work.
