Had a physical yesterday

For the first time in my adult life? ALL my bloodwork numbers are in the normal ranges. ALL of them. Blood glucose of 91, down from 104 and rising. Total cholesterol of 179, down from 269. My doctor said I had the bloodwork of a triathlete!!
