the reason I have to eat cake is because it is being made for me i will at least have to have one piece.
these kind of problems are good ones i am very blessed to have friends that will make me a cake but i just dont want to go over or get sick.

It would have to depend on what kind of cake it is and the frosting........when you have more information it probably will be easier for you to find. If she made it from a box and your not afraid to ask them to look at it, it might have the information on it...have a nice time:flowerforyou:0

I sure do second that! One slice of cake will certainly not hurt you. I could never do what you have done for that long. Great Job! I think you need to have that cake with zero guilt whatsoever. Also, in my opinion, 600 calories sounds like more than enough for that small piece of cake.0 -

OK, so not trying to ruin any fun, but I thought I'd google it to see if I could answer your question...Seems like a 2-3 oz piece of cake ( guess that's a smallish one...) runs around 300 cals, 15 gm fat, and 35-40gm carbs.
I bet its gonna be yummy!!! Enjoy it like everyone else said to do :flowerforyou:0 -
