Well I am beginning to regret all the partying over the last few days for my birthday...

in my few days I have had these naughty but nice things

smirnoff vodka

meat and potato pie at the football (hangover food)

Domino's pizza

Burger meal in the pub

Bottle of White wine

Bockwurst hot dog!!!

Back to the diet today, weigh in on Friday.. oh dear dreading it!!!!! :noway:

    Hang in there girl! We all have our cheat day moments. Just get back on your plan and kick it into high gear!

    This happens, Remember to make small changes you can live with the rest of your life and every week or so add another... This helps me. My mom did it this way and has lost over 70 lbs in a year. The best part she never feels like shes on a diet!!! Tricks we play on my mind....
