Where are my intermittent fasters?!

What is your routine/diet?

I eat low carb (I don't care for fruit, thank goodness and have trained myself to avoid grains/pastas) and fast daily 8pm-noon. Cheat day is saturday (though I will still fast until noon) and I'll throw in an occasional 24ish hour fast if I've been particularly gluttonous. I may be eating too low of calories (1450/day) over the course of a week but I feel just fine and during a longer fast I have a ridiculous amount of energy. So basically I'm doing a hybrid leangains/eat stop eat method. I am currently at ~20% BF and eager to see an ab muscle or 2 before I die! I lift weights ~3x/wk + the occasional cardio (my enemy) and as of yet I've slimmed down but still no abs. Patience...

I'm curious to hear your strategies/what works for you/doesn't work for you, and just general feedback. If you are female and have a some rockin abs, add me because I want to snoop in your diary ;)
