Okay, I am one of those women who can barely move the first couple of days of her period.
I decided last minute to go ahead and run today after work.
It was week 4 of C25K (I am also doing RushFit) and I was able to run ALL the intervals for the WHOLE time.
I ran my fastest 1K 6'40"
My avg pace was 12'24"
I really surprised myself!!

Ha! Good stuff - isn't that high you get afterward worth all the hard work?! :flowerforyou:
I find it weird how the days I least feel like running are the ones that turn out the best and I come home wanting to high five the whole world.
Keep up your awesomeness and well done!0 -
I can hardly run at all, so more power to you Keep it up!0
