Ok...I admit it, I like my wine. In fact, I heard the best line today from the lady I was sitting next to on the plane tonight...she said " I willing to sacrifice bread before I'll sacrifice my wine!". That is so me!! My friends and I call ourselves "winos" because it's our favorite.
So, my issue is finding enough extra calories In a day to have a glass or two in the evening....nothing better than putting the kids to bed and pouring yourself a nice glass of Chardonnay .
And how much is too much? I am not asking what crosses the line into lushland...I'm asking what is a reasonable and realistic amount on a daily or weekly basis?

And I do love having a glass of wine while I'm cooking dinner, and I do on a fairly regular basis. Usually it does fit in my goal for the day, but not always. But I don't like to deprive myself of things I love, so if I feel like having a glass, I do. Lately I have one (or some other drink) maybe 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes less, just depends.
I always make sure to drink plenty of water as well.
