What would you say is the key to your personal fitness?

    Hatred for weakness, and the demand I put upon myself to never again be one of those people who can't clear a flight of stairs without having a mini-stroke.

    Consistency, even it's only something small I try to do something active most days and also finding new things all the time to give myself new goals/challenges.

    I'm currently trying to finish the 30 Day Shred and loving it so far

    Finding something you love doing. I love playing football so all my fitness is geared towards that. It motivates me to stay in shape

    This. SOO this for me too. When I was obese, I hated how weak I was. Never will I ever be that weak again, physically or in any other way.
