Hello all,
Ok i need some help tomorrow my friends are goin out to breakfast to friendly's resturant. What do you think is the best thing to orer so i dont totally kill my calorie count. What would you all suggest that i should eat? Im a little lost here. Thanks for all of your help. Any advice is apppreciated, thank you.

    fried eggs are low in fat, maybe some toast, perhaps a veggie omelet, oatmeal, coffee with milk, turkey bacon, or the menu might have something diet or lean. Nowadays every menu has a lower fat side menu so I think that will put you in the clear and remember that if it gets to heavy, i'd skip lunch and make sure breakfast is huge.....
