Anyone do Intermittent Fasting?

I started IF monday. I hope to see results soon because it kind of sucks.

    did it for a month - eat stop eat and nothing happened!

    I do a version where I fast Monday and Wednesday every week so only eating 400 calories on those days, usually 2 x soups. The other week days I try to eat 1400 calories a day and then weekends allow myself to relax and not think about calories. I have done it now for 2 weeks so 4 fast days and I've lost 5lbs so really happy with it :)

    I do not think I can handle the 24 hour fast version. Ive been doing the 16/8. Its tough but i can keep it up s long as i see results.

    If you eat exactly what you do while doing IF, but spread it out normally so you eat whenever you want to eat, you'll get the same results.
