  • I've just finished day 4 of 30 DS and loving it. I feel I'm getting a bit stronger
    Especially in my legs. I'm guessing you can burn about 230 calories off doing this. I'm also doing the 5:2 diet which is going really well. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks which I think is pretty good. I'm looking forward to the end results as I think if you stick to healthy eating and this the results should be good :-)
  • I just did day 2 and it is already getting that little bit easier, its also giving me a lot more energy....it feels like your burning more than 175 calories but I really like it! :)

    I hated it... Why? First, it takes too long for the video to start. She blabs and blabs. I don't want to listen to that every single day... annoying! Second - I couldn't make it past level 1 because the exercises were so hard on my joints... mostly my spine, and I'm only 36 years old and have never had back problems until doing her video.

    I'm at level two currently, but I haven't really done it every day. But I have certainly noticed a change in my body, & I really like it. So I'd say yeah, it works.
