Calories and Exercise

Hello,

I have been reading any websites I can find on how many calories I should eat, but I can't figure it out. I'm on the Lite n Easy Diet, 1500 calories.

I exercise 7 times a week: 5 days a wk it's 30mins in the morning then 30mins at night on the treadmill, 2mins walk,1 min jog = 5hrs a week. And on Sat I kayak for an hour, Sunday a 45 min bike ride. How many calories should i be eating?

My stats are:
27 yrs old
Female
5'2
70kg

While using MFP i've found the 1500calorie plan actually only adds up to about 1250 calories when i put it into MFP, can't work that out.
