    Habits can be broken.

    Carrying lunch takes a little planning on your part.

    Yes, People can lose wt *only* eating fast food (there is a documentary out there about a guy who only ate at McD's for 30 days, lost wt but his #'s were terrible at the end of it)

    I read the book "Eat This, Not That" (as someone else who posted did) I was very surprised by those comparisons. I still eat some fast food, when I can afford it $wise, but make sure I get plenty of "healthy food" in my lifestyle so I can afford it "calorie/health-wise" as well.
