Should I log a Tae Bo workout under cardiovascular or strength training...isn't it both? Should I list it under general circuit training? Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yeah, I have the same question... I have been doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred and it incorporates both strength and cardio seamlessly. I am not certain that logging it as High Intensity Aerobics is correct, but that's what I've been doing.0

Tae bo, I would assume should be entered in as aerobics general or if there is martial arts. Jillian's 30 Day shred, to me, would seem to be circuit training.0

Tae Bo is definitely Cardiovascular! if he incorporates some weights in the workouts then you can log that as a circuit training workout.0
