Insanity?

I've been hearing alot about the insanity workout, what is it and where can i get it/??? anyone have good results?

    well don't tell beachbody I said this but I found it for less than half the price on Ebay.

    It is very high intensity, high impact but it works!

    I have the Insanity DVDs and I absolutely love them. And by love them, I mean at the end of the workout you are drenched in your own sweat and just want to lay on the floor panting for the next half hour. LOL :) They work and the dvd package includes a nutrition guide and calendar to keep track, tells you which videos to do and when. I've gone through the two months twice and a few of my workout pals and I do a different Insanity workout once a week. It's hardcore but it's so worth it!
