Any calories you resent counting?

The other day I had this sudden urge for apple juice. Not something I drink often, but it was all that would do! So, I went and bought some, poured myself a nice big chilled glass, and then discovered it contained 100 calories! It's liquid, right? I'm meant to be drinking more fluid! It's one of my 5 a day!! I was really bitter about that 100 calories!!! I wouldn't have minded counting 100 calories for chocolate, but 100 calories for something healthy seemed unfair!

Lol apple juice isn't "healthy" o_o It's just sugar and flavoring.

Depends on what kind you get. If you look hard enough you can find juices that are just that: Juice. Yes there's a lot of sugar in them however that's from the fruit itself. You really need to search hard for the all natural juices but they are out there.

I used to drink a lot of juice, and thought it was healthy. Yeah. I also weighed 220 pounds....so, I had to give up some stuff. I really miss Butter Pecan ice cream, but that 800 calorie "snack" was killing me softly.

If you eat the apple rather than drinking the apple juice, you get more fiber, and it's probably easier on your blood sugar.

Personally, I resent counting in general, but I really hated counting the coffee creamer I use. I consume a lot of it, and it was amazing to add up 30-40 calories over and over again and see the grand tally of it. I probably use a whole bottle of it by myself in a week. Blegh.
