How do you long 30 DS calories burned?

I am planning to start 30 DS today but I'm not sure how to log my calories burned. I don't have a HRM yet so I know anything I log will not be exact. I see options like aerobic, calisthenics, and circuit training on MFP but I'm not sure what to pick to give me a sort of round answer for how many cals I'll burn.

Any advise?

    I log it as general circuit training because I saw that on a previous post... maybe someone else has a better idea?

    I started the 30 DS yesterday. I used my HRM and burned less than what MFP calculated. I'm so sore today. LOL

    I have an HRM and typically burn 160-200 calories in the 28 minutes or so for the 30 Day Shred. I'm about 125-130 lbs and 27 years old.. not sure if our stats are similar, but hopefully that helps give you a ball park.

    I log it as high impact aerobics and mfp is usually pretty close to what my HRM reads.
