Romantic and healthy dinner

So, tomorrow night I want to make a nice dinner for my wife. We are both working to get fit together, so I want to make something that’s not only fancy and delicious but also healthy. I will have enough time to shop, cook and get ready, so that won’t be a problem. Things that she likes the most include pasta, fish (the non white varieties), seafood, garlic, onion and oregano. I am not a very experienced cook so something that isn’t too complicated would be great. I’ve thought I could make something like baked salmon filets and fettuccine al pesto. I’m sure she would like that but I think It’s too predictable. I would like to make something that will surprise her, but I can’t think of anything. Any ideas?

Go on the skinnytaste blog. she has tons of recipes and they all look pretty. Some are easier than others so just find something at your level. Everything has nutritional facts listed so you can get an idea. Good luck! That's really sweet of you!0
