help!

Hi all,

Im on my first week and feeling really good. Apart from the fact that im getting really grumpy from about 3pm until dinner time... I have been having a decent snack in the afternoon usually fruit or something like that. Im not hungry at all, in fact I feel like im eating loads... Im just so grumpy its driving me nuts. I feel great the rest of the day, Im waking up with energy and exercising more is making a difference to sleep and mood! any ideas???

    I've had this same problem. What i've learned is that grumpy feeling comes from lack of sugar/carbohydrates. Chew on some raw almonds, or an ounce of dark chocolate never hurt anyone! Good luck :)
