Hey guys,
i want to tell you a little about myself really quick but I dont know where to begin.
On the last day of 2011 I decided to recover from EDNOS. with a successful recovery came a little bit of weight gain. But i'm not stepping on the scale, because that number means nothing and doesnt determine my worth.
I am changing my lifestyle, eating healthier every single day.
I am also looking to build muscle and burn fat.
I run 4-5 times a week, and am building up my endurance in that area.
i also begin Cross Fit on Monday that will be 3 times a week.
Hopefully I'll begin seeing some awesome changes soon.
So, please add me and talk to me :] i am always looking to motivate and to gather motivation
