Good morning all!
I bought a Ninja blender, the one that is able to do cookie dough and pizza crust. Mostly I will use it for health smoothies but I am wondering what else I can do with this bad boy.
Anyone who has one would you share recipes please?
As for now this is my smoothie...
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
1 cup berries/fruit frozen
1 scoop dynamatize protein powder
pretty easy for morning break fast but I know more can be done with this blender.
thank you!

Did yours come with a recipe book? Mine came with a pretty fat little book with recipes for all sorts of things.0

I do green smoothies in mine rather than fruit smoothies. I mostly just play it by ear, but the general recipe outline I use is:
1 cup water
1 cup other liquid (fresh pressed carrot juice or unsweetened almond milk are my go-tos)
120g of leafy greens (I use spinach or a combo of spinach and kale)
200g or so of other veggies (red bell pepper, cucumber, etc, mix and match)
60-70g of banana (about half of one)
28g of Avocado
70-100g or so of other fruit (berries, pineapple, mango, etc., mix and match)
28g Unsweetened Vanilla Protein Powder
I don't worry about the fruit being frozen since I make them the night before and they go in the fridge for me the next day. But if you are making them to drink on the spot, just sub frozen fruit for the fresh. I have baggies of fruit I've portioned and thrown in the freezer so I don't have to try to separate a mass of frozen fruit. You can also opt to freeze the banana, that way you also don't have to worry about the other halves going bad.
That gives me enough for two servings of about 18-20 oz each for both my hubby and I.
I'll also play around with adding oats or pumpkin puree as well for thicker, creamier, more filling, smoothies.0
