Is it mean to wonder how so many people wanting to loose weight are going to round it up again?

If it's only loose, it's still hanging around. They'd have to actually lose it before they could round it up. Was that mean?

I only say mean things in languages I assume my victim can't understand. I recognise the weakness in this ploy as I have been victim of the same (a French couple mocked my cheap wine the day of my last final and were a bit surprised when I joined the conversation!) and often overhear others doing the same.

So, when you think people are talking about you when they start off talking another language, you may not just be paranoid...

If you make up your own language, then you never have to assume that your victim can't understand it.

I don't have time to read these all, so I'll just assume that the grammar error has been mentioned. You could try to work on that for next post.

The meaning of mean could be being confused:
    viz.
The arithmetic mean is the "standard" average, often simply called the "mean".

For example, the arithmetic mean of five values: 4, 36, 45, 50, 75 is - er somethingorther over something else = probably 42

    sorted
