I just got home from the doctor and my borderline diabetes is now type 2 diabetes. I started medication and need to loose this weight. I am hoping that with weight loss this and my other weight related medical conditions will go away. I really like what I see with MFP but am looking for some friends to help support and encourage me and that I can support and encourage in return. I have at least 100 pounds to loose which seems impossible but I need to take it a little at a time. I have to do it this time, my kids need me.

    I too came for support. Remember this....we didnt gain the weight in one day, so we cant loose it in one. With weightloss, comes alleviation from type 2 typically. Together we can do this. One day at a time :) Feel free to add me.
