I'm a new mom, and I want to make sure I'm losing the baby weight sooner rather than later.
I was doing a great job with watching my calories a month or so ago, and I wasn't eating enough so my milk supply completely dropped. Trying to get a good understanding on how many calories I need to keep my supply and lose weight.
Thanks

don't go below 1500 calories. the more your baby nurses, the more cals you need. kellymom.com is a wonderful breastfeeding website.0
