I have a family gathering tonight and we're going to Fuddruckers. I've already checked out their menu and I'm wondering if anyone has tried any of the wild game? Bison, Wild Boar...Ostrich? I don't have a problem eating any of that stuff just wondering what people have tried?

Did you like it, hate it?

I've tried both the ostrich and bison burgers there. I would say that they're slightly more dry in texture than the more fatty beef burgers, but they're good. I've never seen the wild boar available here, but we're a small town.

My fave thing at Fuddruckers though is the Napa salad - - - the chicken in it is so moist and flavorful along with all the other goodies in the salad. Delish!

  • I love bison burgers. When I have been there they make a great turkey burger.

Turkey Burgers? I may have missed that in the info I downloaded last night. I was worried about how I was going to track in on MFP but found a great PDF file with tons of nutritional info...
