Hi, I posted this on the keto group but soooo far no replies.. So I thought I'd try my luck here.
1. Do you prepare the same LCHF meals for the entire family. A baby?
2. I get diarrhea easy when i eat fast foods and such, do you think I will have the same results with eating a higher natural fat? ( dont know if it matters with this or not but i dont have my gallbladder)
3. Do any of you use stevia or raw honey?
4. Any recommendations for a website loaded with LCHF recipees???
5. This morning I had 2 egss fried with olive oil, ham with melted cheese, and a cup of milk, and i feel gassy and crampy..Is this normal?. 6.WHat kind of milk do you drink?
7. Im confused on sugar, we arent supposed to eat it BUT ppl are eating yogurt and peanut-butter which has sugar in the ingredient...so is it ok to eat these?

I don't do low carb/high fat (I had to look up what LCHF even meant), so I can't really help with most of your questions. But in regards to the last one, plain yogurts without any fruits or flavorings have only the natural sugars from the milk itself, no added sugar, so maybe those people are making the mental differentiation based on that.
Since you mentioned eating either stevia or raw honey, if raw honey is allowed, then there must be some sort of allowance for natural sugars.
And re: the peanut butter, again, are you sure that it's a PB that has added sugar? There are lots of natural PBs out there that don't have any added sugar at all, so it's possible that's what folks are consuming.0 -
ahhh i didnt know that. thanks!0

Choose your peanut butter and yoghurt so it doesn't have added sugar.
Milk ? never did drink it, Kara coconut milk and similar products are lower carb. If you want a whitener for coffee dilute double cream 10:1 and use as a milk replacer.0 -
