I am new to this site and really like what I've see so far. It's so easy to search for and keep track of food and exercise. I've already lost 4 lbs in the first 5 days and hoping to lose alot more.

I've tried a few other diets, lost a stone and then put it back on and got bored with the limited food allowance. Using this website, I've been able to set my own targets and know that I can still enjoy eating.
