I couldn't help but notice your Username: "babyblooz".... could postpartum depression be playing a role in how you're feeling? There's nothing like the crazy hormones of new motherhood to knock you off balance.
Regardless, I agree with what others have said about developing a "new relationship" with food, and increasing your physical exertion to blast through this low period. You can do it though, and I wish you luck. Your persistence will pay off!0 -
I'm really into RPGs so I play a lot of Fallout (RPG shooter), Mass Effect (same deal) and Skyrim (watching an arrow go through a monster's eye is awesome).

I understand and have experienced the same thing and when you no longer have food to turn to it seems unbearable... I am reading and it seems boxing is therapeutic... I may have to try that and I am really happy to hear I am not alone and NO I do not think you are nuts...0
