I am new to mfp and I was wondering, when you bread things to be baked in the oven, do you use the egg yolks ? I set up your standard breading station as follows a/p flour, whipped eggs, and finally the breading usually a panko, plain or with Italian seasoning. I've noticed that the yolks are where the cholesterol and the calories are at so I've take that part of the egg out of the recipe. I have also started to use mrs dash salt, ( plain, seasoned with herb ) and no longer keep that nice little container of kosher salt next to the stove, although I do give my food a pinch of mrs dash, salt brings out the flavour of your foods and makes them taste better.
