.... I have just walked into the kitchen (starving) past an open Terry's Chocolate Orange, and had to lean over a heaving plate of fresh homemade cake to reach the banana that i was after!
I never thought I would see the day! Especially after having a 'blowout' breakfast which was over 1,000 cals. I would then normally just class the day as wasted and pig out the rest of the day. But instead I realised all was not lost, I am going swimming later to repair some of the 'damage' and I will still enjoy my tea! It's a long road to losing 100 lbs and so long as i'm below my BMR i'm happy

Congratulations on passing the cake up and most of all not wasting that full day of dieting. Im the queen of "oh well I cheated..lets blow out".

Well I am officially te heaviest I have ever been!! Down and out in beverly hills!! Hired a personal trainer. I do awesome throughout the day but at night is where I am always hungry. Can anyone help!!!!0
