.... I have just walked into the kitchen (starving) past an open Terry's Chocolate Orange, and had to lean over a heaving plate of fresh homemade cake to reach the banana that i was after!

I never thought I would see the day! Especially after having a 'blowout' breakfast which was over 1,000 cals. I would then normally just class the day as wasted and pig out the rest of the day. But instead I realised all was not lost, I am going swimming later to repair some of the 'damage' and I will still enjoy my tea! It's a long road to losing 100 lbs and so long as i'm below my BMR i'm happy :)

  • Congratulations on passing the cake up and most of all not wasting that full day of dieting. Im the queen of "oh well I cheated..lets blow out".

    Awesome that you notice those small changes, by noticing them, makes you wanna push farther, keep it up :)

    Well I am officially te heaviest I have ever been!! Down and out in beverly hills!! Hired a personal trainer. I do awesome throughout the day but at night is where I am always hungry. Can anyone help!!!!

    Great job and great mind set!

    I just realized last night that I have not had one piece of candy since the holloween basket was brought into my office :) YAY for progress!
