I've lost the weight - now needs tips on maintenance!

I have made my goal - ready to work on maintenance. What are some tips people can share?

I plan to continue to weigh myself often
I am trying to add calories back in, healthy carbs - a struggle as most grain carbs are a trigger for me, so doing fruit as much as possible.
Walking lots (preferred exercise, I enjoy it and will keep doing it).
I have been here before on Weight Watchers and maintained for about a year, added 20 lbs on and maintained that for about 2 years then started gaining again. I know I let stress get to me. Really working on the stress eating.
Disclaimer - I did have bariatric surgery so please know my calories are still pretty low, I am under the care of an RD,
