Im trying to maintain, I havent weighed myself in 2 weeks, and in that 2 weeks I ate more and exercised less. I also had tons of sweets like ice cream, birthday cake and brittle but somehow when I weighed myself today I dropped 2 more pounds... does that mean my metabolism sped up or something?

How many calories are you consuming?

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question......but I did just want to caution you to be careful!! That is what got me into yo-yo'ing. I would get where I want to be, have some bad food and see it had little effect on my weight (at first).....and then all of a sudden it catches up with you. I was thinking hey, this is great. I can eat a bunch of bad stuff now!!! Well, no I couldn't....

Your metabolism could be higher though if you've gained muscle. It takes more calories to sustain a pound of muscle versus a pound of fat.
