Lying overhead pullover.. forgotten exercise?

Another other lifters and/or trainers using this exercise in their programs? I added it into my home workout this week. Lying on the bed, head at the edge, 75 lbs, 3 sets of 15 is all.. KICKED MY *kitten*! This exercise is so forgotten about, but it is like the "squat for the upper body." I personally recommend doing it on back day, but not consecutive with chest day. Keep the elbows straight!

I would love to hear more input on this or other "forgotten exercises" that may be great compound movements people just don't use as much as they should.
