Hello, I have been logged on to fitness pal for 10 days now and have lost 2 lbs. This is my first calorie counting diet, it has not been too bad but I have times when I gave a small high calorie snack and have to cut back later in the day on something else. I look forward to everyones support.

Hi! I'm in NH, too. To avoid that whole trap of finding out too late that something you've eaten is high cal, log and plan your meals and snacks before you eat them. It's working for me!
