Hi, This is Tino from Northern VA. I am 28 years old and look 40! :( I am 5'9 and weigh 200lbs. Few years ago I was a jymaholic and used to work out on a regular basis while watching what I ate - I was 165lb and in really good shape.

Now I look at myself and I feel disgusted so yesterday I decided to join myfitnesspal from my iphone to help me meet my goals of getting back to 165-170lbs. Its my first day today :)
