Is there a certain bodyfat you should stop at when bulking? I measured myself yesterday I was like 12.3% then I redid it today I came up too 15.6%

I think staying in the 10-15 slot is a pretty good general guideline (cut to 10, bulk to 15). Probably some exceptions with skinny-fat people and I'd also use multiple metrics since bf estimations carry a high degree of error. Mirror/photos should play a dominant role as well.

Until your wife or girlfriend asks you to keep the lights off.

Pretty unlikely that you gained 3% bodyfat overnight.

This is the main reason trying to track progress via bodyfat % is a terrible method, it's far too unreliable.

Use the mirror. Obviously whatever you're using to measure has too big a margin of error.
