Hello from Alaska!
I've been using MFP off and on for almost two years. I started up again two weeks ago, this time with a goal other than just losing weight. They say that diet and exercise is a pretty decent anti-depressant, so that's the goal now.
This time I decided to actually participate a little more to keep on track, so the forum is that starting point.
I'm largely a fan of playing role-playing games (computer/console/tabletop) and watching anime. Its useful to have hobbies like that in Alaska, since I'm not a big fan of playing in snow. Though, I guess if I was more in shape I wouldn't be so against doing more outdoor stuff. We'll see! I'm also a pretty big beer snob, I like microbrew and homebrew. Cutting calories has been kind of hard in that regard, but it just means I have to savor it more when I can work it in.
So not sure what else to say, but I think it'd be kind of nice to make a friend or two to help me along.
