Well, I am back at! I am at a loss as to what to do! Any ideas and suggestions of what has worked for others in losing weight successfully. I am a weight loss failure. Please help!

    Make small changes at first and track ALL your food every day. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day (Soda Pop or 'Coke' does not count!) Even if it is "Bad" food, be honest because you are not "Dieting" you are changing your relationship with food and you have to be honest with yourself and learn new habits.
    :blushing: And, at least once a day--if not more often--tell yourself something positive about YOU.
