I found this site a while ago and thought I'd share.
I stumbled up on it when entering food in my food diary and the calories, etc. didn't make sense in an entry. I checked this site and the amount of information for food on there is amazing.

I've used it as a go-to check for anything here. I find it very accurate.
It's very useful since not too many people here fill in all the values, like potassium.0 -
I use it too, love that you can choose what type of measurement, I.e. ounce, gram , on a lot of them.0
