Weighted Hula Hooping

Hey guys...

So I bought this weighted hula hoop a few years ago, and I remember the label warning you to not use it everyday, nor to use it for more than 20 minutes at a time. I tend to use it around 20 minutes a day (sometimes I go up to 30 though), and its on a regular basis. About a week ago I started to get pain in one spot in the middle of my right side, and I figured ehh maybe its just sore from starting with the hoop again and will go away in a few days... welp, its still here! I'm going to lay off on using it so much from now on, but does anyone else get pain from hooping? Any suggestions? (I know, if it doesn't go away go to the doctor because I could have hurt my kidney, but still just curious about anyone else).
