I am making a thread about this so I can look at this anytime I feel a little discouraged or flat.
Since starting MFP...in 3 weeks...
I have lost 3.5kgs to date.
I have lost 7 centimetres off my waist.
i have lost 6 centimetres off my hips.
My thighs are starting not to touch.
I feel like I am getting my portion size back under control and I am enjoying my food again.
I am starting to treat food how it should be - fuel for my body and not some sort of naughty treat or reward for me when I "deserve" it for whatever reason.
