Am I really supposed to be the size of an 11 year old child?

K, so I'm 5 foot tall and I'm supposed to weight around 95 pounds.

I realized today that those are the exact proportions of my 11 year old daughter.

She looks amazing. For AN 11 YEAR OLD CHILD.

I have no desire to be this size as a full grown, 33 year old woman!! I think these charts a bunch of nonsense.

Just sayin'.

The BMI chart is totally outdated. It has been dismissed by most Dr's as not a true judge as to a healthy weight. BF% is more accurate.

I have a 13 year old daughter and think how can I be that size when she plays volleyball 5 days a week. Sometimes you just have to look and think what makes sense for you. I would love to have the hip size of my daughter buy after having twins I am not sure that is realistic so I just go with what I think looks good. Not completely there yet but I figure I can decide after about 25 more pounds gone.

I'm 5'0 and the 95 lbs is the bottom of the chart, not the "ideal."
